Before you write — a few things we cannot do
UdharGuide is an independent guide, not a gas agency. We have no access to your LPG account. We cannot:
- Book, cancel or track a cylinder delivery
- Update your Aadhaar, mobile number or KYC
- Release, check or dispute a subsidy credit
- Issue a new connection or transfer an existing one
For all of the above, contact your distributor or the oil company directly — our guides explain exactly how, and we will happily point you to the right one.
Gas leak or emergency
Do not email us. Close the regulator knob, do not touch any electrical switch, open doors and windows, and call the national LPG emergency helpline:
1906 — available 24×7 across India, for all three distributors.
Then inform your distributor.
A note on fees
We never ask for money, OTPs, Aadhaar numbers or payment details, and we have no agents. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from UdharGuide and asks for any of these, it is a fraud — please report it to us at the email above.
